We visited the head chef countless times, working together late into the night to perfect this curry.
The result is a luxurious curry made with domestic beef and vegetables, rich with the fragrant flavors of spices — a beloved, traditional taste. Both the packaging and its contents brings a nostalgic feeling.
The spirit of Kuidaore, which brought together Osaka’s vibrant food culture and became a legendary symbol of the city, lives on in this dish. The beloved figure of “Kuidaore Taro,” a clown character who once greeted customers at the Kuidaore restaurant in Dotonbori, continues to thrive as a symbol of this iconic establishment.
