Product Seller/Shipping Information

1. Sales Contract

A Sales Contract is established between the User and iEntEmerge inc. (“Our Company”) when the User completes the online order of a product listed on TaxFreeOnline.jp by Japanese retailers and manufacturers (“Stores").

2. Payment

When a Sales Contract is established between the User and Our Company, the User shall make the payment for the product to Our Company.

3. Shipping

After the order has been confirmed, the Store shall ship the product to the desired Collection Point (hotel, shop, airport, etc.), by the desired Collection Date.

4. Product-Related Issues, etc.

In the event of any issues with the products, the User may file a complaint through Our Company’s Collection Point (hotel, shop, airport, etc.) to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellation, Returns, etc.

When using This Service the User shall comply with Our Company’s Cancellation Policy.

6. Termination of Contract

If, after a Sales Contract is established between the User and Our Company, the Store fails to ship the product, or in other cases when it is deemed necessary by Our Company, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the Sales Contract.

7. Deposit / Cancellation Fee

As stipulated in our Cancellation Policy, if the User fails to come to collect the product on the selected Collection Date without contacting Our Company, the order will be canceled and a cancellation fee of 3,000 JPY per shop will be applied.
