This incredibly rich curry soup is crafted from a kelp and bonito base, enhanced with the umami flavors of chicken and pork, and combined with demi-glace sauce and tomatoes. The large, bone-in chicken is carefully grilled and well-seasoned, making it a perfect match for the rich broth.

A little extra effort on topping it with grilled vegetables makes it just as good as the one you'd get at a restaurant.

We recommend serving the curry and rice on separate plates, scooping the rice with a spoon and dipping it in the curry soup before eating.
