The Story Behind the Birth of Hayashi Curry
Rojica, a brick café renovated from a former spinning mill.

Owner Nakagawa bought and ate instant curry every day, and one day he came across a delicious curry that really took him by surprise. He visited the factory where it was made, and discovered it was made in the same town as his own restaurant. He couldn't resist, so he paid a visit.

That factory was Canyon Spice.

As they talked about curry, they decided to create a product together, and they carefully developed the concept.

By slowly simmering domestic beef, tomatoes, and demi-glace, and finishing it off with an original blend of curry powder, Hayashi Curry, a mild yet authentic curry, was born.
