This sweet potato shochu utilizes musical vibration aging technology to play Mozart.
Made with 100% high-sugar sweet potatoes "Amantakun" (Beniharuka, for processing) grown in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture. The sweetness is fully extracted through atmospheric distillation, and then music is played using "musical vibration aging technology," developed in collaboration with Onkyo and Tokyo University of Agriculture.
Enjoy it straight, on the rocks, with water, or with hot water.
