""PLATINUM Excellent Curry Roux"" is the evolution of the original ""Excellent Curry"" created by CANYON SPICE’s founder and its upgraded version, the ""Excellent!! Curry Roux (With Saffron)"" created by the current president. For this sense of legacy, it has been developed with great respect and responsibility.
The result is a refined curry roux, delicious on its own, as well as in more complex dishes. A small tablet brimming with potential.
Using carefully selected ingredients and an extremely delicate manufacturing process where even a 1-degree temperature deviation can result in the entire batch being discarded, we've managed to pack this roux to the brink with the utmost umami flavor.
The refined spiciness and its umami can be felt straight away, while adding the accompanying fruit sauce brings out a moderate acidity and a subtle sweetness. Appreciating the changes in flavor is one more way to enjoy this curry.
