Curry Roux (With Saffron)"" created by the current president. For this sense of legacy, it has been developed with great respect and responsibility.
The result is a refined curry roux, delicious on its own, as well as in more complex dishes. A small tablet brimming with potential.
Using carefully selected ingredients and an extremely delicate manufacturing process where even a 1-degree temperature deviation can result in the entire batch being discarded, we've managed to pack this roux to the brink with the utmost umami flavor.
