Brand:  RAKUZEN
The Rakuzen sake cup was designed to be the perfect drinking vessel for Japanese sake. It is a large cup designed to be easy for anyone to use, regardless of disability, age, or background. The beautifully designed, knock and spill resistant, and easy-to-hold Rakuzen sake cup is designed to be user-friendly for all.

The inner base of the Rakuzen sake cup is slightly raised into a mound shape to prevent sake from splashing out of the cup when poured. This shape also means that when you’ve almost finished your drink, the last bit of sake in the bottom of your cup will be shaped like a heart.

Rakuzen sake cups aren’t just for sake – they can be used however you want! The size and shape of the cups make them perfect for serving finger food, dipping sauces, or sweets at parties or when you are entertaining guests.

For our denim-look lacquerware, we add three layers of blue lacquer on top of the fabric, then whittle back the surface so the texture of the cloth shows through. The finished product has a pattern reminiscent of faded vintage denim.

The finish on our denim-look lacquerware pieces means light scratches to the surface won’ t look obvious. On top of that, signs of wear just add to the character of the design. These lacquerware pieces feature three layers of blue lacquer in differing tones and are designed so that the blue of the base layers comes out slowly over the years with use.

Textures and painted accents may differ for each product.
