If you feel any pain or discomfort in your neck, try adjusting the pillow position by 5mm.
Changing the position can sometimes alleviate discomfort in the neck.
If you still feel discomfort, you can try placing a towel behind your head. Please fold it to a comfortable height. It will greatly relieve your discomfort. Once you get used to it, you can remove the towel.
Once your neck becomes sufficiently flexible, it is safe to use the pillow throughout the night!
