flowers of four seasons（Shuka Muramatsu）

A painting of the changing of Japan seasons. There are four seasons in Japan, and they move from spring to summer to autumn to winter. Each season has it own typical seasonal flowers with specisal meaning. Plum blossom is the first flowers to bloom when they become warm in spring. Summer peony means welcoming important persons, customers. Chrysanthemum in autumn means "happy" for its pronunciation in Japanese language and Nandina in winter means "to turn the difficulties into good fortune."
