Roasted Brown Rice Noodles are additive-free gluten-free brown rice noodles made from brown rice produced in Marumori-machi, Miyagi Prefecture, a rice-producing region. Since no wheat flour is used, it is safe for people with wheat allergies.

Brown rice is roasted at the production plant, resulting in savory noodles. This secret manufacturing process gives the noodles a chewy and tender, fresh pasta-like texture without the use of wheat flour.



◆ Safe and reliable brown rice noodles ◆

These noodles do not contain any wheat flour and it's made in a facility that doesn't produces products that contain wheat. The only ingredients used are brown rice flour, rice flour, and potato starch, with no additives. In addition, the brown rice used is rice that has been confirmed that pesticide residues are not detected by pesticide residue testing.



◆ Cooking examples ◆

Cold soba is recommended as a way to enjoy the roasted aroma and texture. It can also be used as pasta, ramen, or yakisoba.



◆ How to boil ◆

1) While still in the bag, knead the noodles and peel off any noodles that are sticking to each other.

2) Boil noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, stirring to prevent sticking.

3) When the time is up, take the noodles up to a colander and drain well before using them in your preferred cooking.
