Roasted Brown Rice and Mugwort Herb Noodles are additive-free and gluten-free noodles made from Miyagi Koshihikari brown rice noodles kneaded with mugwort. The flavor of roasted brown rice softly spreads in the mouth, and finally a subtle aroma of mugwort passes through the nose. The roasted aroma and the fragrance of mugwort do not interfere with the flavoring of the dish. Surprisingly, this gluten-free noodle goes very well with a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Boiling time is only two minutes, shorter than that of instant noodles.

The Zao mountain range, which straddles Miyagi and Yamagata prefectures, is an area of rich natural environment toward the vast foot of the mountain, where dairy and livestock farming are thriving. This noodles are kneaded with mugwort that is hand-picked at the foot of this Zao mountain. When harvesting the mugwort, only young leaves with a 15 cm tip are used, which are soft and have little bitterness.
