【Features】
- Contains a highly absorbable Vitamin B1 derivative (fursultiamine), Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12, and is effective for distressing symptoms such as “eye fatigue,” “shoulder stiffness,” and “lower back pain.”
- Also contains riboflavin (Vitamin B2), calcium pantothenate (supports energy production), and dl-α-tocopheryl succinate (Vitamin E; involved in blood circulation throughout the body).
- Easy-to-take yellow sugar-coated tablets. Take 2–3 tablets once daily.

【Indications】
1) Relief of the following symptoms:
Eye fatigue, muscle/joint pain (shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, frozen shoulder, etc.), neuralgia, numbness of the arms and legs
2) Supplementation of Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12 in the following cases:
Physical fatigue, pregnancy/lactation, decreased physical strength during/after illness
*If the symptoms in (1) do not improve after about one month of use, consult a physician or pharmacist.

【Dosage and Administration】
Take the following amount immediately after meals with water or warm water, without chewing.

Age: 15 years and older / Under 15 years
Single dose: 2–3 tablets / Do not take
Frequency: Once daily

【Ingredients】(per 3 tablets: maximum daily dose)
- Fursultiamine (as Vitamin B1 derivative): 100 mg
(Fursultiamine hydrochloride: 109.16 mg)
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 100 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12): 1,500 µg
- Tocopherol succinate calcium (Vitamin E succinate calcium): 103.58 mg
(as dl-α-tocopheryl succinate: 100 mg)
- Calcium pantothenate: 30 mg
- Gamma-oryzanol: 10 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 10 mg

Excipients:
Calcium lactate hydrate, anhydrous silicic acid, cellulose, reduced maltose syrup, lactose hydrate, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, erythritol, hypromellose, talc, titanium oxide, gum arabic, calcium carbonate, sucrose

Note:
Urine may turn yellow after taking this product; this is due to riboflavin (Vitamin B2) and is not a concern.

【Consultation】
- Consult a physician/pharmacist/registered salesperson before use if you are under medical treatment, or have ever had allergic symptoms due to medicines, etc.
- Stop use and consult immediately if the following occur:
Skin: rash, redness, itching
Digestive system: nausea/vomiting, stomatitis, stomach discomfort
- Stop use and consult if the following persist or worsen:
Soft stools, diarrhea, constipation
- If symptoms do not improve after about one month, stop use and consult.
- Menstruation may come earlier than expected, or menstrual flow may increase slightly. If bleeding continues for a long time, consult.

【Storage and Handling】
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container.
After opening, discard the packing material in the bottle. Close the cap firmly each time. Record the opening date on the box/bottle. After opening, use within about 6 months.
