Description (package-insert based)
Formulated with highly absorbable fursultiamine (vitamin B₁ derivative), mecobalamin (active B₁₂), and pyridoxal phosphate hydrate (active B₆) to relieve eye fatigue, muscular/joint pain such as stiff shoulders/neck and low back pain, neuralgia, and numbness of the extremities. Also contains natural vitamin E (d-α-tocopherol succinate), folic acid, and gamma-oryzanol. Class 3 OTC (Japan).

Indications
Relief of: eye fatigue; muscular or joint pains (stiff shoulders/neck, lower back pain, frozen shoulder, etc.); neuralgia; numbness of the extremities.
If symptoms do not improve after about one month, consult a physician or pharmacist.

Dosage and directions
Take 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily after meals, with water or lukewarm water; do not chew.
Under 15 years: do not take. Follow the directions strictly.

Ingredients (per daily dose: 3 tablets)
Fursultiamine 100 mg (as fursultiamine hydrochloride 109.16 mg), Pyridoxal phosphate hydrate 60 mg, Mecobalamin 1,500 μg, d-α-Tocopherol succinate 100 mg, Gamma oryzanol 10 mg, Folic acid 1 mg.
Inactive ingredients: calcium silicate, corn starch, silicic anhydride, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, cellulose, hypromellose, meso-erythritol, vitamin B₂, titanium dioxide, acacia, calcium carbonate, talc, sucrose.
Note: yellow urine may occur due to folic acid.

Precautions
Consult before use if under a physician’s care or with a history of drug allergy. Stop use and seek advice if rash/redness/itching, nausea/vomiting, stomatitis, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, stomach discomfort, or abdominal pain occur. Stop and consult if soft stool, diarrhea, or constipation persists/worsens; if no improvement after about one month; or if menstruation starts earlier / flow slightly increases and bleeding lasts long.

Storage
Keep tightly closed in the box, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Discard the filler after opening; close the cap firmly each time; do not use after expiry; fill in the date of opening; after opening, take within about 6 months.
