Our coffee beans are hand-roasted in Ichijoji, Kyoto using a small manual roaster.

▪Original Blend – Gen (玄) 50g × 3 Bags (Dark Roast)

Gen means “quiet”, “deep”, “heavenly color”.

A coffee with a rich aroma and flavor, a faint bitterness, and a refreshing aftertaste.

▪Original Blend – Myou (妙) 50g × 3 Bags (Dark Roast)

A coffee with a divine aroma, a honey-like sweetness, and a floral fragrance.

(Ethiopia/Guatemala/Colombia)



▪Original Blend – Za (坐) 50g × 2 bags (Very Dark Roast)

A rich and powerful coffee with a very dark roast, it’s possible to find sweetness even in its clearly defined bitterness.
