Orders picked up on or before October 31 will follow our current tax-free purchase process. You will not need to complete the new refund procedures.

Once dates on or before October 31 are no longer available for a specific item or location, ordering for that item will be temporarily paused.

For Pickups After November 1, 2026

If you wish to pick up your order after November 1, please wait and place your order on or after November 1.

Starting November 1, all orders will be charged at the tax-inclusive price. Under the new system, you will register your refund details after receiving your items, and your tax refund will be issued after customs verification when you depart Japan.
